I like working on strategic projects to help grow the HR Department and organization as a whole.

Everyone is so collaborative and ready to jump in! They're up-beat and willing to help wherever they're needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People WANT to spend time together. We're always on video during meetings or fun events which makes it feel so much more personal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is competitive and the smaller programs are a plus. Being able to take a half day is a HUGE incentive and something that's competitive to other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works tirelessly to update and improve processes. As a growing company, they work hard to put our best foot forward to automate and stay ahead of the industry curve. Not to mention, they do it while putting employees first!
