I really have loved my time at CE - I think it is a really great company and I am happy I got the opportunity to work here. Truly my only complaint is not having sick time and having limited PTO, meaning if I am too sick to work, I have to take PTO, which I already get a limited amount of.

Overall, I enjoy the company environment and the work! I feel like the benefits could be improved to be more competitive, but overall I enjoy the company I work for

Being fully remote, I feel like I don't connect with my coworkers much, but not in a bad way

The uncapped commission + very clear requirements to move up the ranks as a recruiter (and get the raises that come with it)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers are extremely approachable with questions and support, and genuinely seem to be interested in my life as a person, not just as an employee
