Inflation has increased and i feel like the overall salary is low especially when you consider how expensive our benefits are.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More communication on career growth. Look at higher salarys due to inflation. Better communication on what future goals for the company are.

I have heard and seen that other agencies pay much high. I think a breakdown of compensation and market rates would be nice to help us understand.
