This is an amazing opportunity. There is great work/life balance and amazing leadership & pay. My only criticism is that the pressure of PIPs and strict number goals can stunt the potential success of many amazing and dynamic people which has been sad to see in some cases.

Working from home and having a very supportive team and manager has created the best work/life balance I've ever had in a job.

Our team does a lot of fun things together and whenever someone has expressed a need for assistance or support, people will rush to their rescue.
