I love being paid uncapped commission plus a biweekly salary.

We always check in on each other and help each other out no matter what!

I get along with most of the team. I enjoy when people engage with each other and motivate each other.

My coworkers are so nice. I also love how there is friendly competition because it makes me want to work harder!

My team is always so positive! Every single person is so friendly. They give the best advice, and they really care about each other.

Talking with different people Change of pace every day with all of the new jobs. Clients from different industries can be helpful when looking for a switch up or refresh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
-Having more competitions with incentives. -Commission percentages raised with each level -More room for growth -More trainings and meetings to help brainstorm different ways to become a better recruiter
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is very easy to get along with. They have a lot of trust in us which helps us stay positive and successful. Our team is always cheering each other on and motivating us to do our best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its so amazing to work with a team that I believe truly cares about me and my sucess. The team leads and managers are always checking in on me. If I am having a slow week, they will do what it takes to help me reach my goal. I am so happy I joined CE!
