I love having paid time off! That's a new one for me (which is crazy to think about)!

The leadership at Crystal Equation is top-notch. I have never worked for a more compassionate, forward-thinking, and collaborative management team.

Everyone (including upper management) is always in such a great mood which helps us all work towards the same goals.

I'm lucky and get to work with a bunch of different teams and have enjoyed every interaction. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership is so endearing and positive, I have never encountered such a healthy work environment. I know I can openly speak with upper management because they will listen with open ears and minds.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm comfortably busy-- my work days are balanced and I don't feel overwhelmed. I'm introduced to new tasks daily which makes it exciting. I also like the flexibility of remote work because I can work from anywhere. :)
