What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it's nothing that's the fault of the company or my work, i just can't wait to retire :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i don't know anything about my leadership team at Crystal Equation. the highest level i interact with is my manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like that we have team bonding/morale booster events like our monthly team meetings where we get uber eats credit, women's circle, etc
What are some of the best things about your team?
my manager and mentor especially have shown that they value me as a person and my workload. they've expressed care and empathy when i've been sick.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel that my salary is below the market average for my role, level of experience, and city that I live in. I also think that especially at a company with a female CEO, the parental leave should be more generous. The accrued vacation policy is also too restrictive in my opinion.
