Approachable and driven by the right things.
The leadership team is accessible, they are hear to listen. They may not be able to make changes about what you are talking to them about, but they will take the time to listen and explain it.
Focusing on employees concerns and not focusing on the bottom line
Employees are over worker. Managements answer is always,?
Listening to employees and not solely going off of numbers and metrics.
They need to acknowledge the talent that they currently have employed instead of threatening to terminate them because of their age and time with the company
Review from Customer Support Dept
The company needs to realize they are not a California company. Our employees in OKC, PHX, & Las Vegas do not agree with the California politics and policies forced upon us.
Bonus pay and merit increases
Time off is encouraged and robust.
I get paid fairly based on the market rate for my position and my geolocation. And as a woman, my pay is equal to my make coubterparts'.
401k match and fair salary.
The benefits are okay. I have had better and worse at other companies. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to brag about either. The 401k match is good.
No one listens to the employees concerns. Medical benefits are trash. Somethings not covered. Not good if you have a family or and emergency.
We are not paid competitively and our currently CEO just slashed our benefits, got rid of our profit sharing as well as retirement pension.
Executives are highly compensated.... many executives are not effective.
The company wants you to provide the highest output with the lowest salary. They do not reward innovation and efficiencies. Many departments are often paid the same, but require triple the workload.
I have been repeatedly told I am doing, "Amazing job," and could not perform any better. I would like to be paid for this amazing work.
They are not opened to new ideas
Loyalty and integrity. Compassionate and honest
My team is dedicated and passionate about what they do
Everyone works well and attempt to help each other.
Meetings are set only as necessary. Agenda and expected outcomes are provided with the invite. People come prepared.
There is no sense of team work. Simple user errors that can easily be corrected are not addressed with the individual. Rather coworkers will go directly to management anytime you make any type of user error no matter how small.
Proactively take work on and identify improvements
The people and relationships with our long-term customers
Inclusive and they promote community service programs
The open and meaningful conversations.
The work we do feels meaningful and is customer focused
Caring about employee welfare and trying to make a difference beyond the company.

Most managers are on a power trip. You challenge their power, and it’s over. No one has accountability and everyone points the finger at someone else
The company environment is okay. I make it a positive place and try not to focus on external negativity.
I was able to do it remotely.
Interviewees are treated with respect and empathy
Not applicable. Experience was many years ago.
I enjoyed meeting several people that I would be working with during the interview process.
3 Supervisors came in to go over questions and to go in depth with the position I applied for. Then the department manager came in to discuss the position with me.
Interviewer need to be more objective
Taking care of my customers
The wonderful team environment is the best.
Helpiing remove blockers for people and coaching my team to grow in their careers
Delivering products the help employees serve our customers.
I love feeling like I get to make a difference in the lives of our policyholders.
In my eyes there are many issues with this company. The leadership is absent. There are a lot of projects that all happen in parallel and none of them are coordinated. I was often reprimanded for being to negative, when all I was doing was challenging the status quo.
Hire people who actually know how to run an insurance company and invest in your employees.
End to end IT process and systems are not aligned. Adopt enterprise end to end IT process and tool
I would like the leaders to walk the talk. They say really great things about developing leaders, opportunities, etc. but so far, it's talk.
a new CEO would be a start. Competitive pay and better benefits.
