What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on employees concerns and not focusing on the bottom line
Employees are over worker. Managements answer is always,?
Listening to employees and not solely going off of numbers and metrics.
They need to acknowledge the talent that they currently have employed instead of threatening to terminate them because of their age and time with the company

The company needs to realize they are not a California company. Our employees in OKC, PHX, & Las Vegas do not agree with the California politics and policies forced upon us.
When I first started, I was excited about the leadership of the company. They appeared to really want to do better. Sadly, it is all talk.
