Everything was great and then new CEO took over and tried to change too much too fast without taking multiple factors into consideration. His whole company is struggling and WILL fail because of his actions.

At this time nothing other than coworkers

a new CEO would be a start. Competitive pay and better benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees and not solely going off of numbers and metrics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all miserable together so we share that. I can turn to them and them to me at any time for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid competitively and our currently CEO just slashed our benefits, got rid of our profit sharing as well as retirement pension.
What did you like most about the interview process?
3 Supervisors came in to go over questions and to go in depth with the position I applied for. Then the department manager came in to discuss the position with me.
