When I can accomplish my tasks for the day and can leave the day with no carry over.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an inclusive and collaborative environment. We are encouraged to grow and learn new things. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along well and we work really well together. We all are on the same page when it comes to getting the work done in the most efficient and productive way possible. Great group of people I work with everyday!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides the obvious paycheck, the AIP bonus that we get each year which is based on the Company and individual performance. As long as the Company did well the previous year and as long as you did well the previous year you will get a bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always pleasant and easy to talk to. They always make you feel like you can go to them at any time for anything you might need. You also can tell when talking to them that they are very smart and extremely knowledgeable in their field.
