What makes you most happy at work?
I love feeling like I get to make a difference in the lives of our policyholders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are okay. I have had better and worse at other companies. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to brag about either. The 401k match is good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is accessible, they are hear to listen. They may not be able to make changes about what you are talking to them about, but they will take the time to listen and explain it.
