Collegial, collaborative and fun. Everyone works together to get the job done.
How are layoffs handled in the IT department at CSC?
Cannot answer this question, since we haven't had any. Other separations are handled with dignity and respect.
How does CSC handle HR issues?
Open, honest and frank. As a leader, they challenge me to be sure I've explored all the options and issues. In a situation where an involuntary change is made to an employee's status, they are equally open and honest. Fairness and sticking to the facts is key.
What's the internship program like at CSC?
The Internship program at CSC is comprehensive. Interns work directly with technical staff, doing real work, not shuffling papers. In addition, the interns from all areas of the company work together to complete one or more service projects. Some exceptional interns return for a couple of years, and are offered full time employment upon completion of their studies.
