Management team is small but one of them is enormously divisive and at least 5 members of staff have left just because of this one manager, with many more considering leaving and nothing being done about it for years now.

My team is collaborative, helpful, smart and creative problem solvers. I enjoy working with them and feel pride and respect for them. I just wish these people were compensated fairly for the work they do.

The culture at my location was fast paced but very fun until they reorganized.
