Communication throughtout the department and the teams

Management team is small but one of them is enormously divisive and at least 5 members of staff have left just because of this one manager, with many more considering leaving and nothing being done about it for years now.

Degraded and refused to be able to eat, or have a drink during an eight hour shift

I have been with the company for over 5 years and am still getting paid at an entry level

We've been underpaid for years and they tell us every year things will get better and they never do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

My team is collaborative, helpful, smart and creative problem solvers. I enjoy working with them and feel pride and respect for them. I just wish these people were compensated fairly for the work they do.

Everyone on my team supports each other. I love who I work WITH, just not who I work FOR.

My team paid close attention to safety issues and found a quick solution.

The culture at my location was fast paced but very fun until they reorganized.

Most of the staff and supervisors and managers have my back even when a coworker decides she's going to scream at me in the middle of a hallway they still have my back

Getting to "sell myself" and the research I did prior to interviewing.
