What do you like best about the leadership team?

The thing I liked best was how much I learned daily from my team.

All but one has my back the one that doesn't is the one who is discriminating

They know what they are doing

Communication, honesty and work life balance

They're great great and very understanding

I don't really have any contact with senior leadership, but by and large they seem to know what they're doing.

The leadership takes the time to train employees without micromanaging them

Everything. Zero consistency, no training, no follow theough, constantly slacking and foisting off work.

Communication throughtout the department and the teams

Management team is small but one of them is enormously divisive and at least 5 members of staff have left just because of this one manager, with many more considering leaving and nothing being done about it for years now.

They need to take input and if there are places of improvement they need to work with us and not make us feel inferior
