What makes you most happy at work?
Watching my team grow in their professional and personal lives and knowing I help facilitate that. Exchanging experiences and ideas with my peers and leadership and growing personally as a result. Mending fences, building bridges, and creating partnerships with other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I found leadership to be responsive and open to questions/challenges regarding decisions/initiatives that appeared to make no sense. My leadership was willing to allow me to make decisions or take initiatives, even when they weren't 100% on-board, and they had my back. They're the best!
What are some of the best things about your team?
A wide variety of experience, expertise, and abilities; yet everyone always shares their opinions and ideas openly. Ideas/opinions are always listened and intelligent decisions derived, often from multiple input. Look in the dictionary; You will see a picture of this group as the definition of Team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of our global workforce truly want to work together for the benefit of our customers and business. We work hard, play hard, and there is a sense of 'family', for the most part. The day-to-day environment is typically laid back and casual. They provide consistent growth opportunities.
