I have worked at CSI for over three years. While it has had its ups and downs, it is a company that cares. I have worked for other Fortune 500 and small companies, and I would say that CSI is their perfect blend of Corporate America and an agency vibe.

Since I started at CSI it has been an incredible experience. I have had so many great opportunities, I have learned so much, and I have elevated in the company since joining and there is still room for growth.

My team and my direct manager. Everyone is so supportive and helpful.

They are incredibly hardworking, they understand the goals that we are trying to reach, and they are all amazing team players.

They always are working to make CSI a better place to work and they want to develop people and help them achieve their career goals!

I would say the best part would be that the company not only contributes money to our HSA but also a nice amount to our 401k.

They have a very big heart for the people of CSI. The executive team strives to make CSI a better place for everyone and reward everyone for their hard work.

My team and the lessons we learn together. We embrace all the good the bad and the ugly and not matter what we always find a way to smile and do better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an incredible wellness program at CSI, I love that everyone works out at lunch weather it is working out, going for a run or a walk, or playing pickle ball. The relationships and friendships you make create and foster accountability and motivation.

CSI has so many activities for everyone to participate in together. Everyones has the opportunity to work out in our gym together with a personal trainer, we host happy hours, and we celebrate the wins of everyone in the company. There are so many team-building activities for everyone in the company
