They are employee oriented and customer service focused
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please work to make your "lower level" employees, ie techs and FSMs, (the face of the company), happier. Plesse compensate them comparably to other service companies
The owner needs to treat all employees equally and not show favorites.
