The owner needs to treat all employees equally and not show favorites.

Underpaid for the work we do, there are no benefits, and little compensation opportunities but not for all employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I was not allowed to work directly with anyone else except the manager
The coworkers work great together and seem to only have problems when over micromanaged by the owner
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish they listen and Acknowledge each employee whether they are new or old.

The owner needs to treat all employees equally and should focus just on the company and not try to involve us in his other ventures
