Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everybody at this company is severely underpaid. Nobody cares about what I bring to the company and instead focuses on politics and mandates which has divided the offices.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO Mary Berner issued a company-wide COVID-19 vaccine mandate and claims the vaccine is safe but has killed people. The HR department, which is run by Todd McCarty, responded to exemption letters with the same job title for every employee. Not every employee is an "on-air personality."
