They try and communicate well. Doesn't always work but they try.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to listen to my music and mostly stay to myself and work and get what I need to done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They feel like a family to me. Even though I feel like the black sheep of the family I still enjoy them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am definitely not paid enough for the work I do. And when we do extra work I feel we are not compensated enough for it.
