Curative Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The time off for salary employees is very desirable and flexible to my needs. It's a lot better than what other companies I've worked for offer.

The best part of my compensation package is having the ability to have the Curative health insurance. The PPO Max is an excellent health plan that offers a variety of benefits such as Class Pass and Chiropractic coverage. Not to mention the health plan offers $0 copays.

Healthcare! I don't think any company I or anyone else I know works for who has a better healthcare package than Curative. I fully utilize our $0 copay and $0 prescribed medications. I no longer have to worry about extra fees when going to my PCP, Urgent Care or ER.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued as an employee, but when first hired, I do not think that my prior work experience was taken into consideration. I feel that my skills could have been honed into a lot more, and that payment could have been negotiated. I worked alongside people with less experience, same pay

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay out bonuses as promised when hired.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is not equitable between genders in the tech team at Curative. There is a dramatic gap in gender representation, men hold higher paid positions and opportunities for advancement have been limited. Also, accounting for inflation, my salary today is worth 17% less than when I started.

Review from Engineering Dept

New hires in my position are making considerably more than what I currently make. Having equal if not slightly greater compensation seems only fair.

Review from Finance Dept

The company has grown exponentially understandably, so has my job duties and responsibilities. I also understand that my roles do grow and change over time without pay - which may include other depts' roles and responsibilities without added comp which is one thing, feeling overworked and appreciate

Review from Operations Dept

I believe I should be paid by my experience and going beyond my role and supporting other area and meeting all the deadlines of my manager says or assigned task.

Review from Operations Dept

Wages have not been adjusted for higher costs of living and there doesn't seem to be potential for growth.

Review from Customer Success Dept

we have received more job functions to do as an employee, our health benefit limits should be better and higher especially for dental or if someone needs surgery, chemo, ect. We should be paying little to no cost out of pocket. We need a pay increase for the extra job functions. Our raise wasnt enough

Review from Customer Support Dept

Too many task to complete, and having to stop everything's in a moment's notice when needed. Higher salary for the amount of responsibilities, recognition

Review from Operations Dept

Job description does not reflect my actual duties that have been added nor was I compensated for them. My counter-parts in other regions have far less work/sites, and have the same salary as me. Our vision insurance is of no use as our vision exams are the only thing being paid for.

Review from Operations Dept

Our region is not structured like other regions, so people that do the same job as people in other regions are getting paid less because they are not the same title as the people in other regions. So the pay has not been equal in our region for certain positions for over a year.

Review from Operations Dept

I want more responsibility and more pay.

Review from Operations Dept

More work (not sample volume) is piled up as the workers clearly see that alot of decisions are solely based off monetary reasons. Plus people doing work that was clearly being paid more previously, all of sudden are done by CLA 1s at a lower price. Just seems the company cares about $ than workers.

Review from Operations Dept

Some team managers in our region was paid 93K and had a much lesser work load than I did. I was only paid 70K and had been with the company longer with double to responsibilities and work load. Equal pay would have been a better solution for the company. The 23K difference in pay was beyond wrong.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation should be based on the work we are doing. Especially when it is work from other departments who are compensated more for the same work and we are picking up from where they left off.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have not received a raise since I started (2 years ago), and when I bring it up to my manager (4 times already over the past year), they don't tell me if I deserved it or not and I still didn't get a raise.

Review from Business Development Dept

Every other department pays salaries off of national statistics. My depart does not do that and is below the nation average while doing business in one of the highest cost of living cities in the country.

Review from Finance Dept

Because I’m forced to work excessive hours without modifications to my compen

Review from Operations Dept

I do not feel undervalued, but you should know that I am a temporary-permanent hire. What I do not like is that there is no word or time frame for the decision of hiring me. I would feel more at ease if I had a better idea of when the decision will be made. Be more upfront with the temps.

Review from Finance Dept

The amount of work given to an employee at my level does not align with our pay.
