Review from Operations Dept
More qualified managers/directors. Stop the nepotism.
Review from Product Dept
Communication needs to be worked on.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Listening to and implementing the suggestions and advice of Field staff. Also, being proactive as opposed to reactive; being reactive has caused confusion, chaos and fear amongst the teams.
Review from Operations Dept
Professionalism attitude. Acknowledgement of hard work of everyone. Fair decision making. Rewards and recognition should be part of quarterly based performance. Fair respect regardless of the seniority of individual. Be punctual enough to support the team.
Review from Operations Dept
I don't feel undervalued as an employee, but when first hired, I do not think that my prior work experience was taken into consideration. I feel that my skills could have been honed into a lot more, and that payment could have been negotiated. I worked alongside people with less experience, same pay
Review from Customer Success Dept
Pay out bonuses as promised when hired.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation is not equitable between genders in the tech team at Curative. There is a dramatic gap in gender representation, men hold higher paid positions and opportunities for advancement have been limited. Also, accounting for inflation, my salary today is worth 17% less than when I started.
Review from Engineering Dept
New hires in my position are making considerably more than what I currently make. Having equal if not slightly greater compensation seems only fair.
Review from Finance Dept
The company has grown exponentially understandably, so has my job duties and responsibilities. I also understand that my roles do grow and change over time without pay - which may include other depts' roles and responsibilities without added comp which is one thing, feeling overworked and appreciate
Review from Operations Dept
My coworkers are fine, but there is no comradery in my department. I don't feel super connected to my coworkers.
Review from Finance Dept
My coworkers don't have the skills or experience to do their jobs well. It feels as though everything is approached like a college project rather than leveraging established best practices that have been developed in my field.
Review from Operations Dept
I work in Ops and nobody cares. They all seem worn out. Simple issues like wearing PPE correctly is becoming an issue.
Review from Operations Dept
Gossip less about other departments and other enployees
Review from Product Dept
Team building opportunist as a whole department that is not over zoom would be beneficial so everyone gets to know each other in a better level just through a computer.
Review from Customer Support Dept
After layoffs and lack of holiday benefits in the past year, the company morale has really dropped. In the past years the company use to provide a holiday incentive for the employees as a thank you for our hardwork. Maybe a thank you party or small gift as a thank you to the employees who stayed on
Review from Admin Dept
Provide more learning and support to all employees. Provide more community and social events. Stop being flashy and showy.
Review from Product Dept
The company could benefit from being more transparent and upfront with it's employees. Too many decisions are made that negatively impact employees who are blindsided by the information. There could also be more recognition foe all of the hard work teams have done.
Review from Operations Dept
It should be easier to find the information I'm looking for. There should be one central staff directory that everyone uses. It seems like each department uses a different one.
Review from Operations Dept
Departments need to interact with each other more and the morale of the company needs to improve, right now the morale is down

I enjoy my work, but the atmosphere in the office is very negative. I never know where I stand or what my future here looks like.
Review from Finance Dept
After many departments closing out, I feel as an employee there is not much room for growth within the company. I use to aspire to work in different departments due to past projects working interdepartmentally. I feel that as an employee I will soon hit a ceiling and will have to move on to the next
Review from Admin Dept
Hire qualified managers with experience.
Review from Product Dept
There is typically always a sense of urgency or impending trouble/ bad news. This could be improved by clear and transparent communication and intentional delivery of information to the teams. New information/ updates are more or less crammed into our day with no realistic time frame to fully grasp.
Review from Operations Dept
Poor communication, incompetence, and lack of experience and/or qualifications in multiple areas/levels of management; clear nepotism; no structure of accountability and no support or path forward through any issues that may arise, interpersonal or professional
