I love working at CA. We truly care about each other here. I think that even though we are working on DEI, we have a long way to go. Many advancement opportunities within the company do not go to current POC.

Transparency in what is going on with the company and communication channels are always open.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my education experience was not taken into consideration. I feel like my colleagues that are paid more.
