What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to make an impact for students and educators. I get to feel good about what we are trying to accomplish in the world
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That's they are transparent with why tough decisions are made and they step in to take personal responsibility for faults and failures and don't try and blame others for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are enthusiastic about the work we are doing and are positive people. I heard the CEO once say that we try and hire happy people and I think that shows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For EdTech software we are paid very well. EdTech companies have a reputation for not paying as well as MedTech or FinTech etc. but our salaries are very much fair for technology roles regardless of sector.
