I cannot say enough good things about CA. I love my team and the work that my team does. I love the overall goals of the company, and how encouraged it is to offer unique solutions/ideas along the way. It really makes the little ones feel heard.

It's a safe space that allows me to ask for help, and also put myself out there with new ideas.

I appreciate that they go out of their way to acknowledge and listen to people that are below them - even those on different teams!

They encourage me to take risks and also trust me enough to perform tasks with minimal oversight, but are still there for any and all questions/brainstorming sessions
