Freedom and flexibility to work from home or come into the office at my discretion.
My team. This is an additional arbitrary sentence Comparably requires to be long enough to answer this question.
Flexible vacation time. Bonuses that matter. Unexpected additional bonuses when the company does something really well, which I talked about in a previous answer.
They truly value the people who work at the company. In the traditional meaning of value. The bonus last year from a partial minority share sale proved that.
People truly celebrate and support each other. Ex: In an early morning meeting someone "just barely couldn't even" and had their camera pointed to the ceiling. They occasionally would thumbs up or wave at it to respond. Everyone celebrated that honesty rather than shaming it as unprofessional
I know you asked for one, but I'm giving 2: They really have my back if I'm out of the office for a bit and continue to improve how I've been pushing us to. And they care enough to engage in real and meaningful conversations about difficult topics, culture change, process change, priority change, etc
They truly value the employees. By value I mean monetarily. Small new shareholder buy-in? A cut of the profits went to the team. I had an extra 55k bonus from this. Most companies a handful of people at the top make out while everyone else toils away. You don't just feel valued here. You are valued.
