My manager is truly one of the best people I've ever met. Her support and energy motivates me daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a strong representation of women in leadership roles, although there is certainly space for more BIPOC leaders at CA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A strong sense of collaboration, rather than competition. Also, that everyone truly seems to care about our mission regardless of their role.

There is a collective priority of a strong work-life balance. We all trust each other to do our jobs while also living a life outside of work.

My team celebrates each other and also fully acknowledges that everyone has a life outside of work - with all the responsibilities that come with that. It's clear that folks value and encourage each other to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
