I enjoy working at CA. It was a great decision to come here. I'm not too fond on the equity agenda we've adopted, and do think that it has ostracized certain employees who don't fall into the fashionable quadrants.

The company offers a bonus potential. Because the company has good leadership and does well, bonuses are paid routinely.
