Truly helpful and collaborative. Not conscious of hierarchy--everyone just pitches in.

I feel that the mission and values are not just boxes to check, but there is a real effort to live by them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are quite transparent about decisions that are made, and why, as well as about goals and their rationale. They take the stated mission and values seriously.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have found the benefits to be very friendly--had 2 orthopedic surgeries and only had to pay one hospital copay and copays for PT. Flexible spending account also pretty seamless.
