The company is growing very quickly, so sometimes culture takes a hit. The culture used to be much more close-knit and transparent, but some of that has been lost. It's still a great company though.

Everyone has the same ultimate goal of supporting teachers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are at a tech company, and our salaries do not align with other tech companies in the greater Boston area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There have been a lot of series that people can participate in that do not necessarily line up with our line of work but make us better humans (i.e. financial wellness, community conversations, social hubs, DEIB, etc.)
