Everyone believes in the values of the company and are incredibly friendly and helpful!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think upper leadership sees all the value our team brings in and could be compensated a bit more fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager genuinely cares about me and my career goals. He takes the time to listen to me and help set me up for success!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is supportive of each other and there to help without judgement. Everyone goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and help as needed!
