I've been with the company for a little over two months now and have to say, this is the best company I have worked for so far.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience with the company has been pretty positive. The only issue I have is, I don't know if there are much career advancements for people who "look like me". (Meaning POC) Upper leadership is predominately white, therefore it leaves you to think that they will NEVER give certain jobs to us.

The culture and environment is pretty friendly at the company

It's competitive and aligns with other company's in the same field.

The culture and environment of the company is like a family!
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's more so like a family! Everyone is willing to help and assist.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is supportive and is sure to ensure you maintain a work/life balance.

Our team is small, therefore myself and my only other coworker are pretty close and communicate daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home which allows be to still be involved with my children's activities, etc.

I love my job and I love the impact I am able to make in the lives of others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are inclusive and DEI focused which is a huge plus for me! They take the company's mission seriously which shows on a day to day basis!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the layoffs, I have been doing the work of three and a half people. I feel as if we should be fairly compensated for the work we are performing and now that I am performing more, I feel I should be compensated for the work.
