I started in a position I wasn't sure I would like and now I am glad I went out of my comfort zone to try something new for myself. Everyone is supportive and my manager provides helpful feedback and challenges us all to grow.

Collaborative, supportive, knowledgeable. Everyone is willing to support another colleague and brainstorm ideas.

I appreciate them saying it how it is and being honest with the company. They care about education and also their employees.

Everyone is willing to step up and help when you need a question answered or assistance. No one gets annoyed when you ask questions and everyone seems to care about others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment fosters engagement with educators and supporting educators. I love brainstorming sessions because we all are trying to figure out the best way to help our educators in our territories.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with folks and hearing feedback from my i-Ready partners on how we are doing. They make me smile knowing our product is helping them where they need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are options for compensation based on goals, but it is all attainable and we work as a team to achieve them. I like how it's a team effort and not a personal matter only.
