Being flown out to the home office for a round of face to face interviews with the senior leadership.

Everyone has a space and a voice. We can engage is a dialog on any topic and not feel threatened.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good, benefits are good for what they are (I come from public education and benefits are hard to beat). Annual bonus are paid out fairly.
