The Commission - Because the salary could be higher. Might be fair to assume in the near future maybe we can raise our salaries to a solid $60k because its not really $50k a year. Just have to work harder for bigger commission checks.

Though I am determined to see this through, there is a lot of work with a little pay out. My hope is that this wont always be the case. There is no point in time where I can truly take a day off and not think of money I am losing out on. No peace of mind, no breather in this position.
