What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

High stress environment and time off isn't encouraged, so it leads to burn out quickly. It is advertised as unlimited time off, but then when we ask for time off, they make it seem as if we can't due to our metrics, which leads to more stress and burnout.

consistent exceptions and last minute changes being made, rules and/or instructions not being followed, little transparency regarding many of the company-changing decisions being made

Clients are not interviewing, create a separate division that allows each person to showcase their talents. Sales division, new business division, etc.
