Remembering the middle-tier performers - both compensation wise and highlight wise. Top performers are already heavily compensated and feel as though awards and prizes should be dispersed around middle-tier as well. Also, feel a bit of favoritism and focus on HQ solely.

(This applies to some, not all, coworkers) - CC is hiring at a rapid rate, and we have many sub-2-year recruiters that are not great at collaborating, and are spamming potential clients and thus giving us (CC) are poor name/rep.

Stop micro-managing and let people learn the way that works best for them. If a small mistake, recognize/move on and don't hold it against them/tally

High stress environment and time off isn't encouraged, so it leads to burn out quickly. It is advertised as unlimited time off, but then when we ask for time off, they make it seem as if we can't due to our metrics, which leads to more stress and burnout.
