The speed at which the interview process moves.

Casual setting. Interviewers knew what they were looking for. Did not waste time with silly questions or tests. Straight forward and simple process.

It's a team assessment. Very few rounds. We value our potential hire's time and we don't like to waste anybody's time. We also like to look at the candidate's competency and culture fit. You need both to succeed in our fast-paced work environment.
