Good people at cyracom always move on.
Great company and a great culture. Employee perks could be better!
Terrible burn out. Company began woth shortages, making it very difficult to get a raised due to audits of calls, not meeting expectations for the call and getting an NI. Needs improvement . Certified languages international has treated me much much better.
I've been in leadership at Cyracom for a few years and I have had the opportunity to learn more about our CEO and the culture he desires. The culture is to take care of the executive team, but the rest of us Director and below are dispensable and are merely 'widgets'.
