Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An interpreter should not be making $16-18 Certified languages starts out at 21 per hour or .35 a minute
When times get tough, don't cut benefits for medical or 401k.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall, good people trying to survive and do well, but too much turn over and fear overall within the organization.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers cannot improve because they are burned out but need the job. The company needs to take better care of their employees

Remote work space is good.
