Honestly, the best part is the quarterly attendance bonus and the end-of-year profit sharing. Both of which are good chunks of money that while not constant, it can help for building up savings or making the dollar stretch.
401k matching, vacation time. The benefits keep people here despite the culture.
The package is holistic, so there are many aspects to the entire package. From vacation to 401k, there is a lot that is offered beyond the annual base salary.
The 501k matching is good
It continues to grow, it's great
The 401K matching and healthcare benefits offered are actually pretty good.
Mercedes Benz Lease Program and medical benefits
Mercedes Benz cars, four week paid vacation, sabbatical every 5th year, maternity/paternity leave, lactation rooms, free coffee, games in the break areas, hybrid work from home days, river walk, new facilities, bonus pay
Allotted vacation is adequate. 401(k) match is generous.
The opportunity to make individual decisions on investments in the 401(k) program. Vacation accruals are very competitive.
The number of vacation days that are separate from sick days, the Mercedes discount, the health benefits, and 401K support.
401K matching. Vacation is great and so are medical benefits. Work/life balance is wonderful. Discount offerings.
Review from Operations Dept
Vacation package is the best.
There is no stock program. Compensation does not match the local market. Lack of an onsite gym, mandatory return to work. Now they're taking away the free coffee. Constant pressure to do more with less but no focus on improving processes to address the root causes of inefficiencies.
Currently earning about $10k below most common market rate. Also performing job functions for the level above my comp grade without compensation.
No changes to WFH, bringing back removed benefits
More opportunities for employees outside of the corporate offices.
I would be paid more at another company in a similar position.
Its pur way or the highway mentslity here , dontvtreat everyone equal

Treat me as a human and not a asset that is written off the books.
I have worked very hard for this company since being hired first as a contractor then as full time and still give it my all . I see people coming in and slacking and our management team turns a blind eye. Look at the years of service the past reviews and production of your employees then base thepay
Base pay should be market value
I have given 100% to this company since I started and cannot comprehend how they are hiring new people making more than I am. I have excellent work ethics and care about this company's financial future.
I think the compensation is fair; however, the method of determining performance is quite antiquated as well as subjective. Performance should be a yes or no, nor opinjkns based on favoritism. As states earlier, the bonuses for Middle Management do not come close toncomparison with other F500 comp
Pay equity. Aware of individuals with similar work that get paid significantly better.
Workload is drastically uneven between similar roles and not reflected in compensation.
Review from Operations Dept
Being paid market value as a baseline with additional compensation based on the span of responsibility and value brought to the role.

In such a competitive industry, especially in the Motor City - engineers talk. I'm making at least 10-15% less than engineers in the same role, who usually have less stress, workload and responsibility. The management line when this is discussed is "we know, but we can't do anything about it."
I am expected to work 60 hours a week constantly. No one in the team is held accountable for their actions or lack of producing any useful information. Management makes the situation worse by not seriously listening to ideas on how to be more efficient because the idea was not their own.
