Core technical products (trucks) are sound but support services and software are a mess.

New RTO policy next year with widely disliked increased WFO

Management dont listen yo workers they pretend to but in the end its their way right or wrong its their way

Treat employees as a person and not a #.

Need serious help from Corporate at tooele utah plant.

Tooele management team isn't very fair with all their employees if you aren't related a good friend or well liked by most no matter how hard you work or the goals you exceed or the extras you do you only get satisfactory or worse on your review.

Outlook being communicated is fairly negative, and management isn't doing a great job in ensuring employee morale stays high.

I have told them many times where improvements could be made but I have been ignored because it was critical of management.
