There are to many favors being done for family and friends in the tooele plant the hard workings are being worked to death and new hires are being paid more than employees who have been here for years and have had good marks.

I have given 100% to this company since I started and cannot comprehend how they are hiring new people making more than I am. I have excellent work ethics and care about this company's financial future.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tooele management team isn't very fair with all their employees if you aren't related a good friend or well liked by most no matter how hard you work or the goals you exceed or the extras you do you only get satisfactory or worse on your review.
