What are some of the best things about your team?
They take ownership of projects, clients and faults. We hold ourselves accountable for what we work on even thiugh its far from our scope of responsibilities.
Close-knit. Have worked together for years.
We work very well together and are just "know" what the others are going to do. We can communicate with each other without actually saying anything
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Has become a bigger company but still feels somewhat like a family. Flexible WFH policies are a huge plus.
The team and employees make the customer feel comfortable and they trust us as experts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
In-person interviews used managers from several competing departments to determine best fit of candidate.
It was short and efficient

My coworkers and our synergy with our workflow.
