What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Optimization, every department and system is lacking. So much manual effort is needed, everyone is Burt out and no help in site.
Looking after staff and not the managements bonuses
The majority are travelers so they are detached as it related to community nuances
our old ceo cared about the employees the one we have now only thinks about money

Reasonable medical coverage and vacation allowance

our health care packages gets worst every year

diversity, they are all different and that uniqueness is valuable to me. Monthly meetings are informative

If we started a proper union to put pressure on management

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hopefully, with the implementation of our new Executive Director, the bandaid of Traveler fix its will ceased.
