The medical insurance is good. Unfortunately BCBS has cut coverage to MANY healthcare providers in our area because of their rift with Springfield clinic so it is difficult to access care!

Decent salary. No match on 401k, no stock for regular employee
401k benefit is nice to have
Salary is pretty good as a manager.
Benefits package is a very good benefit
Knowing the 401k is in place and fairly easy to manage is a major benefit to the position
