There are options for Bonuses and a very reliable tuition assistance program
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There were no possibilities to develop
The company makes amazing profits and its 3% of year cost of living and that's it.
Max 3% raise per year and no bonuses are out of step with other firms
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of the team
Everyone is very happy to help, there is a ton of support from colleagues, lots of opportunity to better your work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less time planning and updating statuses, and more time doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No guilt for taking PTO.
Lots of generic lip service, not a whole lot of substance.
Employee relation efforts are apparent in free food, customer service week, teamwork environment, open doors for management

Integrity will go a ling way

Fast, the company makes all of the right noises
