What did you like most about the interview process?Was forthcoming about their struggles at the time and what they were looking from me.
What makes you most happy at work?Being allowed to work OT and when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We get together for ppl's birthdays and anniversaries. Have monthly potluck lunches.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Too much micro-management. The CEO is causing a lot of internal and external issues with the company. He does not utilize the proper chain of command. He is very unprofessional and lacks the ability to control his temper during important meetings and causing absolutely nothing to get accomplished.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?A new CEO who has the professionalism to communicate to his officers and allow his downline team to address issues and report back to him instead of disrupting the entire manufacturing and production processes by calling un-necessary meetings. His closed mindedness is negatively affecting moral.
