stop firing people every year and that GTM team does not help the sales at all. Stop micromanaging
Compensation plan is getting worse and worse every year. My compensation is wrong and have escalated many times but no one cared to fix it.
I think the firm should look objectively at gender and pay. I think the bonuses, once rolled into base comp, are going to create a bigger disparity. Meaning if base pay was close before, but bonuses were off, then that disparity will only get larger.

Only data scientist and engineers are doing the real work. Enablement people are just micromanaging everyday
I feel like they are often in a hurry, not entirely focused on our conversation and wanting it to end so they can get on with other things. It's all business and I don't feel like I really know them.
The current leadership team needs to take responsibility for the revenues and high customer churn rate. They need to stop all the unnecessary and unreasonable processes that slow down the sales

The company doesn't know how to sell. Pricing changes every year and never communicates properly to the field sales. And it frustrates CSM and customers
